TripPass Event
Your attendees came looking for something. TripPass helps them find it.
Turn your exhibitor list, floor plan and show schedule into one branded mobile experience. Attendees can ask Margo what they're looking for, find the right exhibitors, locate the booth, save favorites and request information — no app download required.
Home shows · Fishing expos · Flower & garden shows · RV shows · Boat shows · Bridal shows · Consumer expos
The demo is a sample regional show built with test exhibitor data.

You don't have to know the exhibitor. Just ask for what you're looking for.
Attendee
“Who sells custom metal trolling spoons for salmon?”
Margo
“Lake Tackle Company at Booth 214 lists handmade copper and stainless trolling spoons for salmon and lake trout.”
Margo searches the approved knowledge for that specific show — exhibitors, products, services, specialties, booth locations, schedules and organizer information.
Ask Margo allows attendees to search a show conversationally using approved event and exhibitor information. It does not search the open internet while answering an attendee.
Attendees search for what they want — not company names they've never heard of.
TripPass organizes exhibitor products, services, brands and specialties so an attendee can ask a very specific question and still find the right booth.

TripPass imports and organizes what you already have, then gives you a preview before anything goes live. TripPass can use an organizer's existing exhibitor spreadsheet, floor plan and schedule to build the attendee experience.
Margo learns your show before the doors open.Pilot
TripPass organizes each exhibitor by what they actually offer — products, services, brands, specialties and show specials. Suggested information can be reviewed, exhibitors can verify their listings, and the organizer controls what is published.

The goal is not to manually teach Margo every booth. TripPass turns the show's existing information into structured, searchable event knowledge. The Knowledge Builder is built and running on pilot shows; it has not yet been through a full public show season.
The map you already print — now it actually does something.Pilot
Upload the same floor plan you already hand out. TripPass adds an interactive layer so exhibitors, booths and amenities become searchable and tappable — without recreating the show in CAD.

The interactive layer can carry:
- Exhibitors
- Booth numbers
- Restrooms
- Food
- Entrances
- Seminar areas
- Information booth
No indoor GPS, turn-by-turn directions or beacons — the attendee simply sees the booth highlighted on the plan they already recognize. Interactive map capability is currently in pilot development, and a PDF plan is exported to an image before it is shown to attendees.

Better leads without handing out the attendee list.
- Attendees can browse the whole show without registering.
- Organizer marketing consent is an explicit, separate opt-in.
- Sharing details with an exhibitor is a separate, deliberate action.
- Each exhibitor receives only their own consented leads.
- Exhibitors never receive the complete attendee database.
- Attendees choose who gets their information and can unsubscribe at any time.
TripPass turns genuine attendee interest into attributable leads without treating every person who walked through the door as a sales list.
The show doesn't end when the doors close.

When it's time to sell next year's booths, you have more than attendance numbers. You have proof of what attendees searched for, what they found and how much measurable engagement the show created.
Reporting and consented lead delivery through the exhibitor portal and organizer export are live. Automatic post-show emails to attendees and exhibitors are in development and require a sending domain.
Give exhibitors something they can measure.

Questions show producers ask
What is TripPass Event?
TripPass Event is a no-download mobile event guide for consumer shows and expos. One link gives attendees exhibitor and product search, an interactive show map, the seminar schedule, show specials, saved favorites and consent-based requests to exhibitors.
Do attendees have to download an app?
No. TripPass Event opens in the phone's browser from a QR code or link. No download and no account are required to browse the show.
Can attendees search by product instead of exhibitor name?
Yes. TripPass organizes each exhibitor by the products, services, brands and specialties they offer, so an attendee can search for composite decking or trolling spoons and find the right booth without knowing the company name.
How does Ask Margo know what each exhibitor sells?
Ask Margo answers only from approved information for that specific show — the exhibitor list, products and services, booth locations, schedule and organizer details. It does not search the open internet during attendee questions.
Can TripPass use the floor plan we already print?
Yes. Organizers upload the same floor plan image they hand out and TripPass adds an interactive layer over it, so booths and amenities become searchable and tappable. This capability is currently in pilot use.
Does TripPass replace our registration or ticketing system?
No. TripPass is the attendee discovery and engagement layer. Registration, ticketing, badge printing, booth sales, accounting and speaker management stay in the systems you already use.
How do exhibitors receive leads?
An attendee explicitly requests information, a quote or a show offer from a named exhibitor, or chooses to share their details with exhibitors they selected. Each exhibitor sees only their own consented leads in their portal, and organizers can export them. Automatic lead emails are in development.
Can TripPass work for fishing shows, home shows, flower shows and RV shows?
Yes. The platform stays the same for every show; the branding, exhibitors, products, map, schedule and Margo knowledge are configured around your event.
What happens to TripPass after the show ends?
Attendees keep their saved plan, exhibitors see their own results and consented leads, and organizers get engagement reporting including top searches and searches nobody could answer. Automatic post-show emails to attendees are in development.
