Common questions

Is there a subscription?

No. TripPass Event is priced per show. Nothing renews on its own — when you run another show, you buy another show.

What is QuickStart?

QuickStart is our launch service: we take your exhibitor spreadsheet and floor plan and build the show for you, then hand it over for approval. It is $750 one time, and it is waived for qualifying founding organizers.

Does this replace my registration system?

No. TripPass is the attendee discovery, engagement and lead layer. Keep the registration, ticketing or event-management system you already use.

Do attendees pay anything, or download anything?

Neither. They scan a QR code and it opens in the phone browser.

Can I charge exhibitors or sponsors for placements?

Yes. Sponsor placements and exhibitor upgrades are yours to sell — you set those prices and you keep what you sell.
