About the platform

What is TripPass?

TripPass is a platform that creates branded mobile experiences for transportation companies and event organizers. It turns information you already have — a reservation, an exhibitor list, a schedule — into one mobile link your customer opens. The experience carries your name and branding, not ours.

Is TripPass an app?

No. TripPass opens in the phone's web browser from a link or a QR code. There is nothing to install from an app store, and no account for the passenger or attendee to create. It can be saved to the home screen so it behaves like an app if they want that.

Who buys TripPass?

The transportation company or the event organizer. They provide the experience to their own customers, and stay the brand those customers see and remember.

What modes does TripPass support today?

Two are live: Transportation, covering airport transfers, limousine, black car and corporate chauffeured work; and Events, covering home, garden, bridal, RV and boat shows. Tours and Hospitality are planned, not available.

Does TripPass use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Not today. The full TripPass experience lives in the mobile web experience, which can do far more than a wallet card. Wallet passes are planned later as a lightweight way to keep the link handy, not as the product itself.

For transportation companies

How does TripPass work for a limo company?

Your reservations reach TripPass by CSV, forwarded email, API or webhook. Each one becomes a branded mobile page for that passenger showing pickup details, vehicle and driver information, live trip progress and your booking link. You text them the link; they open it without installing anything.

Will TripPass replace my dispatch software?

No. TripPass sits alongside your dispatch system and reads from it. Dispatching, pricing and billing stay exactly where they are — TripPass produces only the part your passenger sees.

What does the passenger see for an airport pickup?

Their flight's current status, the terminal and where in it to meet the chauffeur, your specific instructions for that airport, the vehicle and driver once assigned, and live progress as the driver approaches. It updates itself if the flight moves.

Does it show the driver's phone number?

Only if you choose to. Contact routing is your decision per account — many operators keep everything going through dispatch, and TripPass respects that rather than exposing personal numbers by default.

Will it reduce calls to dispatch?

That is the point of it. The questions that fill a dispatcher's day — where do I meet you, has the driver left, has my flight change been picked up — are answered in the experience, with Margo handling the rest.

For event organizers

How does TripPass work for a home show?

You send your exhibitor list and schedule, usually as a spreadsheet. TripPass builds a branded mobile show guide with exhibitor and product search, booth locations, the seminar schedule, amenities and show offers. Attendees scan a QR code at the door and use it on their own phone.

What do exhibitors get out of it?

Visibility to attendees actively searching for what they sell, a profile they can maintain themselves through a private portal, and consent-based leads captured at the booth with a record of who asked for what.

Do attendees need to register or download anything?

No. They scan a QR code or follow a link and the show guide opens. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

Can we reuse the setup for next year's show?

Yes. An event can be cloned with its categories, layout and structure intact, so the second year is a data refresh rather than a rebuild.

Setup, pricing and support

How long does it take to get started?

A transportation operator can usually send a first live trip experience within the same week. An event built from an exhibitor spreadsheet takes a few days including a review pass before doors open.

How much does TripPass cost?

Transportation plans start at $149 per month, with larger plans for higher trip volumes and a one-time setup fee. Event pricing is per show and depends on size. Full detail is on the pricing page.

Do I need a developer?

No. CSV upload and email forwarding need no development at all. An API and webhooks exist for operators whose dispatch system can post out, but they are an option rather than a requirement.

How do I get help?

Call Margo on 774-436-2746 at any hour, or submit a support request from the support page. Critical outages and live-event problems are prioritised ahead of general questions.

Can I see it before committing?

Yes. There is a live example show anyone can open, and a demo walkthrough using your own kind of trip or your own show floor. Request a demo and we will set it up.

See what your passengers or attendees would get.

A short walkthrough of the real thing, using your kind of trip or your kind of show.

Ask for 774-436-MARGO if it is easier to remember.
