For exhibitors

Get found by what you sell — not by where your booth sits.

When an attendee at a TripPass show searches “who installs composite decking?”, the exhibitors who do come back with booth numbers, offers and a way to ask for information.

What it does for your booth

Discoverability

Searchable by product and service.

Your profile carries the products, services and brands you actually sell, so attendees find you by what they need rather than by scanning an alphabetical list.

Offers

A show special attendees can save.

Where the organizer has enabled show specials, yours appears with your profile and can be saved to an attendee's plan for the rest of the day.

Leads

Permission-based, with context.

An attendee can ask you to follow up. You receive their details only with their explicit consent — along with the search that led them to you.

What you receive

Engagement and leads, reported separately.

A profile view is not a lead, and TripPass never reports it as one. Where the organizer has enabled exhibitor reporting, you see both — and you can tell the difference.

  • Search appearances
  • Profile views
  • Saves to attendee plans
  • Offer views
  • Information requests
  • Quote requests
  • Total consented leads
  • Lead status you can work through after the show

Not at a TripPass show yet?

TripPass is bought by the show organizer, not by exhibitors. If you would like it at a show you exhibit at, send your organizer the demo — it takes about three minutes to understand.
