What to send
- Exhibitor listCSV, XLS or XLSX with company names, and ideally booth numbers, products and categories.
- Current floor planPDF, JPG or PNG. Images appear right away; a PDF is saved and reviewed before it becomes the map.
- Seminar schedule (optional)CSV, XLS or XLSX with a title and a date or time — speaker, room and description are used if you have them.
- Your files stay privateOriginals are never public. The preview is marked as pilot data and kept out of search engines.
